The Ministry of Tourism has launched Skill Development Program called HUNAR SE ROZGAR� under the scheme of Capacity Building for Service Providers, as a part of the Suo-Motu initiatives.Certified HSRT trainee (Session: 2022-23)

Syllabus

  1. Arranging for Food Resources
  2. Maintaining Inventory Control
  3. Ensuring Efficient use of Resources
  4. Directing kitchen helper for initial preparation
  5. Cooking vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items
  6. Customizing food items as per consumer’s requirements
  7. Expediting and ensuring quality control
  8. Interacting with superiors and colleagues
  9. Achieving customer satisfaction through Customer-centric Service
  10. Achieving customer satisfaction by displaying professional etiquettes
  11. Services and facilities specific to age/ gender special needs
  12. IPR and Copyright
  13. Hygiene and Cleanness
  14. Safety standards and procedures and work hazards
  15. Basic knowledge of a Foreign / State Language

After completing this program,

  5. Replenishing supplies in washrooms and bathrooms and completing cleaning duties
  6. Cleaning furniture and upholstery
  7. Cleaning vertical spaces, fittings, internal glass spaces
  8. Obtain Linen and covers and change bathroom linen
  9. Making bed, checking and changing linen
  10. Periodic room servicing
  11. Deep cleaning requirements
  12. Reporting
  13. Keeping areas neat, tidy and in good order
  14. Maintain upkeep
  15. Waste disposal
  16. Checklists and registers
  17. Escalation matrix
  18. Reporting and documentation
  19. Interacting with superiors and colleagues

Eligibility Criteria

Attendance should be more than 80% of total hours

All applicants should be between 18 -28 years of age

Must have “Adhaar Linked” bank account

Documentation

10th Pass Certificate

Guidelines

Selection of students is purely based on eligibility criteria

Trainees with 90% of course specific attendance and above will be entitled to the payment of a one-time stipend

Trainees who pass the test will be awarded the joint certificate of the NCHMCT & Implementing STDC

Trainees with 90% and above attendance only will be permitted to appear in end of the course test

There is no application fee chargeable

Per batch a minimum of 20 trainees will be selected and if there more number of eligible candidates batches will be added

Graduate Level Degree or higher qualification students are not eligible for admission to the program
